Bookleap Support

Help with Premium restore, sync, export, import, account access, and common Bookleap issues.

Email support

Contact support@bookleap.app with your device model, app version, platform, and a short description of what happened.

Restore Premium

Open Bookleap settings and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that purchased Premium.

Sync problems

Check your internet connection, confirm you are signed in, update Bookleap, then reopen the app and try syncing again.

Export and import

Use export before switching devices or resetting the app. If an import fails, keep the original file and contact support with the error details.

Common issues

If books, notes, quotes, or sessions look missing, first verify the selected account and wait for sync to finish before creating duplicate data.
